VinyasaFlow in Eng to splits (62 min)
In this VinyasaFlow class we will take on a journey to splits. This does not mean that you will get there the first time, but I am pretty sure that you will get a tiny bit closer.
Please have 2 blocks (or a pile of books) and a blanked or a pillow near for your practice. -
VinyasaFlow in Eng - twists and balance
The first half of the class is full of twists and balancing challenges. The second part of the class is an extremely peaceful and slow stretch that makes our lower back release all possible tensions.
It would be good if you have a few blocks, bolster or a pillow nearby. -
